Celebrating the launch of Blair H. Smith’s new book of poetry & prose Stranger Within with artwork by Emma Rankin, we offer a workshop focusing on the relationship between poetry and visual arts.

Expressive Creative Flow for Managing Pain
In this workshop we will begin with a mindfulness exercise, followed by intuitive creative expression using our hands as the tools to create; much like we did as children - using colour and texture to give a visual image to our experiences with pain.
